Hello! I am 24 years old and am studying a bachelor of Geographical and Spatial Sciences full time at UWA. I am from Kalbarri, though I have been renting in Shenton Park for 4.5 years and am looking for some short term accomodation until November (I’ll be moving back into my current rental then). I don’t have a move-in date, although I'd ideally like to move in March.

I work as a nanny for a family in Shenton Park after school some days and weekends. During uni semester, I spend most of my week on campus and studying. Otherwise, I like going to the beach, going on walks, going out for food and drinks, spending time with my friends and boyfriend, reading, watching Netflix.
I am tediously clean and have always kept a tidy, organised space (my biggest achievement is never having my landlord leaving any negative feedback after a rent inspection)! I do spend some nights at my boyfriend's or sister's house quite regularly, so you will often get the house to yourself! I value my alone time but will usually never so no to socialising.

I’ve had 2 housemates over the course of 5 years, 2 of them were male. I will receive references from them and my landlord shortly. I don’t mind having male or female housemates.

I am looking for a room near UWA or easy to access with public transport. I don’t currently have a car, so I won’t need a parking space 😊
