Jess and Joel

Hey everyone 🥰 ☀️

A little bit about us, I’m Jess, 26, and I work full-time in customer service for an insurance building company, as well as working Sundays as a barista, which I really enjoy. Joel is 29 and works full-time in a mining supply factory. We both have our own work routines during the week and enjoy coming home, cooking dinner together, watching a good show and unwinding after a busy day.

Outside of work, we’re pretty easygoing and enjoy the simple things in life. When the weather is nice, you’ll usually find us at the beach, out for a walk or enjoying some sunshine outdoors. We’re very much homebodies during the week and love having a comfortable, peaceful space where we can relax and recharge.

We’re both naturally clean, tidy and organised, and really value having a home that feels looked after. We’re also quite quiet and keep to ourselves, so we don’t smoke, rarely drink and aren’t really the partying type. We don’t tend to have many visitors either, as we enjoy our own little space together. Every now and then, we might have family or a friend over for dinner, but most of the time we’re perfectly happy keeping things low-key and enjoying a quiet night at home.

We’ve both had plenty of experience living in share houses, so we understand how important it is to be respectful, considerate and mindful of the people around us, as well as taking care of the property and other people’s belongings. We’ve really valued those experiences, but we’re now at a stage where we’d love to find a place of our own that we can settle into and genuinely make feel like home.

Ideally, we’re hoping to find somewhere long-term where we can settle in, feel comfortable and really look after the space we’re living in. We’d love to find a place that suits us for the foreseeable future, rather than having to move around, so finding the right fit is really important to us. We’re easygoing, respectful and considerate people, and would treat your place with the same care and respect we would our own.

We understand that renting out part of your home is also about finding the right people you feel comfortable having there, and we’d love the chance to meet you, introduce ourselves properly and hopefully give you that peace of mind.
