Single female, 49, financially stable looking for accommodation!

Hoping you have either a large bedroom/own bathroom, under house area or large granny flat as I need a little extra space to fit a stand up desk with a laptop and two monitors, plus small filing cabinet and printer.

I am self employed, plus spend a lot of time organising and running events for my Meetup group. It has over 3,500 members and I'm usually at 2-3 events every week. So when I'm home, I'm quiet and either catching up on Netflix, chatting to friends or at the gym.

I'm really clean so I'm only looking to live somewhere with similar cleaning/tidyness.

Regarding furniture, I have two options to offer, I can either keep my stuff in storage and just come there with my bedroom furniture or I have a new L shaped lounge, a 58 inch tv, cabinet, dining table and lots of kitchen items. I also have lovely pot plants (can leave at my parents).

Happy to share half a house as long as I have my own bathroom and toilet (bit OCD about bathrooms).

I've previously owned two houses and have been living with my parents for the past year and a half as my dad was diagnosed with Dementia and I've been helping them sort out everything required for his ongoing care. Flexible on when I move.

If possible, I would like to be able to settle somewhere for a year or more!
