53 year old very self-sufficient female looking for accommodation, either a large bedroom/own bathroom, under house area or large granny flat.

I work from home during the day so need an area to set up my stand up desk/laptop etc. and a nice environment for my 18.5 year old toy poodle cross called Pepe and I to live.

I am very quiet at home, go to the gym, bit of cooking and go to lots of social events. I always arrange for my dog to be looked after if I'm gone for long periods, so he's not a hassle to anyone.

My dog is quite small, non-shedding dog and is always by my side. He is not noisy at all, is fine being with other dogs and loves to curl up in a pet bed beside me or go for walks!

I'm really, really clean so I'm only looking to live somewhere with similar cleaning/tidyness.

Regarding furniture, I have two options to offer, I can either keep my stuff in storage and just come there with my bedroom furniture or I have a new L shaped lounge, a 58 inch tv, cabinet, dining table, an office desk and lots of kitchen items. I also have lovely pot plants.

Happy to share half a house as long as I have my own bathroom and toilet (bit OCD about bathrooms) and the yard is fenced.

I've had my own places for the past 7 years since selling my house, but I'm only ever there for 12 months because the owners have wanted to move back in or sell the property! I've never been kicked out for anything to do with me, my rent payments or my dogs, just circumstances.

If possible, I would like to be able to settle somewhere for more than 3 months!
