Hi There 👋

My name is Chris, I am a 41yo very easy going guy who loves animals and good coffee.

I have secure, full-time employment in the Youth & Disability Justice sector.

I am only really ever at home when I'm not at work or at the gym.

Due to the nature of my employment, I work very long hours so when I am home, I am either sleeping or studying in my room. I'm not the kind of person to make a nuisance of myself, I have social awareness and I respect other people's right to want to live in a peaceful and tidy home.

I consider myself to be a down to earth, dependable and humble person who enjoys the simple things in life.

I'm friendly and easy to get along with, respectful and understanding, and I don't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes (I do not mind if my roommates do though, that's fine), I always keep my area clean and tidy, and always clean up after myself.

My hobbies and interests include going to the gym, going out for coffee, reading books, studying new technologies, creative writing, poetry, movies and art.

I like to always pay my rent in advance as I prefer to be ahead rather than behind.

I am just looking for a simple small room, nothing fancy; just a bed where I can sleep after knocking off work, and maybe a desk and a lamp so I can read; but I do have my own furniture in storage so it doesn't bother me either way.

I have all of my own kitchen and cooking utensils so I don't need to use any of yours, I also have my own internet and my own TV, so I don't need to use your internet.
