I'm currently looking for a room for rent in inner city Brisbane, east or inner northern suburbs. ideally within 10-15 mins of the cbd area.

My name is Shannon, I'm a 28yo female, hard working and honest- Im in the Civil and Pipe Relining trade. Often working long hours or away work.
I'm generally very routine focused, out of the house early in the morning for gym and not back until about 5 pm. Usually winding down soon after if I'm not catching up with a friend. I love music, outdoors and a good work life balance. I'm easy going and love a chat but also conscious of a need for space and a peaceful environment.
Budget of about 200-250 a week.
