Hi folks,
I am looking for a relatively new-built home (3BHK) in proximity to Sydney CBD (15 mins drive max) with a small low-maintenance backyard. I would prefer to get a 3BHK since the common areas tend to be a bit more spacious and would like to share the house with two others (preferably aged 21-27). Would prefer to team up rather than move into a room. My budget is flexible as long as the house is worth it. Hit me up if you're looking for something similar.

A bit about me: I have been living in Adelaide for about 8 years now and will be moving to Sydney soon. I work as a Research/ Portfolio Associate at an investment bank. On weekends you'll either find me playing tennis, researching stocks (I thoroughly enjoy the capital markets), reading books, catching up on some Netflix shows or going out for a few drinks. A complete cleanliness freak so you'll always find things in order and I would expect the same in all common areas.
Looking for some housemates that I can get along well with and that keep a positive environment at home.
