I'm Jannek, 33 and I'm looking for a new place to call home.

A little bit about myself:

I work as an Electrical Engineer in the Gold Coast, so I'm normally in the office during the day.

In general I am very laid back and relaxed. Most days I do some sort of exercise either before or after work. I go bouldering and play basketball several times a week, go to the gym and if I still have time and energy I like to surf or go hiking.
At the same time I also love chilling, having a quiet night, watch a movie or series or play the guitar. Most days I go to bed quite early and get up early as well :)

I've lived in shared houses since I was 18 and understand how important it is to be respectful, tidy, clean and to get along. I'm looking for a good vibe and atmosphere in a share house, where we can hang out together, but also respect each others privacy.
