Nothing wild, think coaching chats, hot takes/rants, funny shit and day-in-the-life. Ideally you are the type who does not cringe when I say, I need to record a quick TikTok, lmao. I own a converted bus motorhome which I’m currently living in, as well as a car and will need parking for both. If we vibe, I’d be keen to take lil camping trips together and travel on occasion! I need to do some renovations to it, so if you have tools and are handy that’d be a bonus too 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

I have some furniture currently in storage, including a washing machine and fridge. But don’t have a couch or dining table. Mostly bits that would furnish my own room. I hate clutter and most definitely couldn’t live with a maximalist 😬

Mornings are for focused work, evenings are chill or I’m streaming. I try to be active and love walks with the dogs and going to the gym (when I cbf). Binging tf out of Netflix, Oooft yes pls. I’m a HUGEE NHL (ice hockey) fan. I watch every Montreal Canadians game (roughly 3 times a week). Social, yes, extroverted/introvert, also yes. I keep shared spaces tidy and I always pay on time.

Pets: the pups are well loved and house trained. They are lab X and English staffy. They’re lovable characters. Sometimes I think they’re humans trapped in dog bodies. You probably won’t even realise the cat exists tbh, she takes herself outside and does her business out there (I have a removable doggy door). I handle all pet care/cleaning, and yard duty. A small fenced yard is a necessity. They aren’t good with other dogs.

What I am seeking: a kind, reliable housemate who wants a calm, clean household, is cool with animals and content creation, can take a joke and is open to a fair chores rhythm. Happy to share a meal or gossip sometimes, also happy to do our own thing. Open to a 12 month lease and a joint application on the right place. Also open to renting a room with 1 other person.
