Hi, I’m currently living in Marrickville and am looking to move further east to be closer to the beaches. I’m living by myself but have lived with roommates in the past and am respectful of anyone in my space. I work remotely 4 days/wk as an Executive Assistant and Online PT so am home regularly during the day but have access to an office so can coordinate this if you also wfh. I’ll travel to Canberra once a month for a few days at a time so you’ll have the place to yourself then! I’m also very active and will often be out for walks, at the gym or playing hockey. I am looking to adopt a small dog in a few months so ideally you’re okay with dogs and wouldn’t mind having one in the home. I will of course train it and be respectful of keeping the home tidy. I like my home to be a comfortable place that I can unwind. I’d love to move in with 1-2 roommates who appreciate having their own space but equally would love to catch up over coffee or a wine 🫶🏻
