Hi, I’m a female in my 30s currently looking for a room in a relaxed and respectful share house.
I work FIFO on an 8/6 roster, so I’m only home about 6 days a fortnight, with one of those days working from home. Because of this, I’m looking for something affordable, ideally between $250–$280 per week including bills.
I’ve lived in share houses before and really value a calm, tidy environment where everyone respects each other’s space and privacy. When I am home, I tend to keep to myself, but I’m always up for a friendly chat here and there. Most of the time I’m out seeing friends, visiting family, going for walks or to the gym, or just relaxing in my room reading or watching TV.
I’m reliable with rent, clean, and easy to live with. Ideally looking for a place with a similar laid-back vibe.
