Keen to team up to apply for a share house anywhere on Gold Coast or some parts of Brisbane. Would prefer someone who needs long-term accommodation.

I live a balanced lifestyle between work and family (adult children out of home and grandchildren). I'm a non smoker and social drinker at most. I work full time in a professional administrative role (Monday - Friday). I'm clean and tidy around the house and am happy to share the chores in shared living areas.

I do have two medium sized senior doggies so need a flat mate that is comfortable with dogs. They are good natured and get plenty of exercise. I don't plan to replace the doggies once they have gone but will love them till that day.

I love the outdoors, swimming, exercising etc but also am a home body.
