Melbourne, I’m looking for a studio, granny flat or small home 🌿

I’m currently sub letting a studio until the owner gets back July 14th.

Minimum 3months, ideally 12 month lease.

About me:

I love to keep my space beautiful!

I keep mostly to myself, however I have close friends visit once a week or fortnight.

I work part-time in home and workplace organisation and styling, and casually manage events. I also study online.

I live a mostly sober lifestyle and enjoy a drink occasionally.

I’m down to earth, quirky, soulful and enjoy a minimalist lifestyle.

About my dog:
Buddha is a very relaxed and chill 6 year old staffy / kelpie.
He’s house-trained, wildlife trained, great with farm animals and cats.
He’s a low maintenance, cool little fella.
