Hi there,
My name is Kathleen (30, female), and I’m reaching out to see if you’d be interested in teaming up with my partner and me to rent a place together.
My partner Paul (38, male) and I are both Australian and originally from the Gold Coast. We’re looking to share a rental — Paul and I would share one bedroom.
I work full-time in childcare in Mermaid Beach, and Paul works full-time in collections at an office in Varsity Lakes. We’ve been looking for houses around those areas and nearby suburbs, including Mudgeeraba.
We’re hoping to move in around August 1st - August 17th. Pauls current rental house is being sold and he needs to vacate.
Paul also has a small, friendly house cat named Boston who’s well-behaved and gets along well with other animals — so you’d need to be okay living with a cat.
We’re financially responsible, clean, easy-going, and value open communication. We’d love to be friendly and sociable with our flatmate while also respecting your space.
