I’m Ava, 23 and work full time in Public Health in Randwick. I currently live in Camperdown and have been with the same flatmate for 3 years however she is unfortunately moving back to her home country now.

I’m flexible on move in dates but ideally would like to do either end of March or mid May (I am travelling in April). I have had full time stable employment for 2 years now but I also do a bit of food influencing on the side (ofc i’ll take my housemate along!) & am a clean freak so many benefits of living with me xx

I like a clean space, prefer a housemate who respects privacy/boundaries but down for social hangs occasionally. I don’t smoke, am absolutely not a party person (those days are gone...). I don't have any pets but have no troubles with animals- love both cats and dogs!

I’m looking for something long term - ideally at least a year!
