Hi,

My name is Riley. I am a 27-year-old from Adelaide, and have been living in Sydney and working in the financial industry since 2023. I am interested in finding a room to rent in a share-house or unit in the inner-west.

I studied at the University of Adelaide and graduated with degrees in Finance and English Literature. I have a passion for all aspects of the humanities and spend lots of my free time reading, checking out interesting movies, or visiting the art gallery. I also love keeping fit and can often be found at the local gym. I spent a large portion of my adolescence working in a record store back in Adelaide. As a result, I would say I’m always happy to chat about bands with people or go see a concert. Additionally, I have recently started studying again, for further qualification relating to my profession, so I will likely be spending a fair amount of time studying or at the library.

I would describe myself as a relaxed, clean, and low-key young man, who is respectful of other people and their home/belongings. Whilst I like my quiet time and moments spent by myself, I am also sociable and always up for a good laugh. I have spent the past few years renting rooms in houses in Balmain, and I would be happy to provide references if desired. I still love the area and venture there often to visit my Girlfriend at her place in Birchgrove.
