Hello! I am a working professional in sydney cbd and a recent graduate from UNSW. I am friendly, tidy and easy to get along with. I love to read, bake and enjoy a good cup of coffee listening to Etta Jones or chilling with Netflix in my spare time. I am also mindful of other people’s privacy and a non smoker. My budget is around $600/week for a period of atleast 12 months. A single room with shared or en-suite bathroom would be ideal for me. Rent should include all house expenses such as electricity, water bill, wifi and so on. I have lived in shared accomodation previously while i was a working professional, hence i will be able to gel in well. Looking forward to hear from you!
