Hellooo,

My name is Phoenix, I’m 21 years old and currently working as an electrician in greater Sydney I’m looking for a place to live preferably the Eastern Suburbs or somewhere around the Shire.

I’m a very social, friendly and easy-going person. I love to meet new people, Outside of work I’m into the gym, martial arts, running, and the beach,

I’m also very clean, hygienic and respectful of the people I live with. I’m more than happy to help around the house, contribute where needed and make sure I always pull my own weight. I’m reliable with rent and bills and take responsibility for my commitments.

My budget is around $300-350 per week, and I’m pretty flexible with the length of stay, aiming to live somewhere long term but am also open to staying shorter term if needed
