Hey everyone! 👋

My name is Phoenix, I’m 21 years old and currently working as a 4th-year electrical apprentice. I’m looking for a place to live around Greater Sydney, preferably the Eastern Suburbs or somewhere around the Shire.

I’m a very social, friendly and easy-going person. I love to new people, Outside of work I’m into the gym, martial arts, running, and the beach,

I’m also very clean, hygienic and respectful of the people I live with. I’m more than happy to help around the house, contribute where needed and make sure I always pull my own weight. I’m reliable with rent and bills and take responsibility for my commitments.

I’m looking for somewhere to stay as I want to remain in Sydney and continue building my career in the electrical industry. I’m close to finishing my apprenticeship and am focused on getting qualified and continuing to build a successful future for myself.

My budget is around $300-350 per week, depending on the place.
