Looking for a ROOM and or TEAMUP for a lease.

Hi, I’m looking for a new place that's for long term. Looking at current rental rate, thought of sharing a space with working professional either male/female (I don’t mind, as long as we both respect our own space. You can have my police check, working with children check and any records you’d like to ask)
I work FT.
Reason for looking is to be close to my work area which is around Hillsdale.

In terms of living space/arrangement; I'm easy going, tidy, respectful of individual space and time, and always up for a chat and social where possible. I'm ready to move in anytime.
