Looking for a ROOM and or TEAMUP for a lease.

Hi, I’m looking for a new place that's for long term. Looking at current rental rate, thought of sharing a space with working professional either male/female (so long as we both respect our own space). You can have my police check, working with children check and any records you’d like to ask.

I’m easy‑going, tidy, and respectful, and I’m comfortable living in a share house with women.
I’ve had great relationships with previous flatmates, who are happy to provide references if
needed.

I work full time.

Semi active lifestyle.

Sociable yet private when it comes to quite/personal space and time. Although, I'm always up for a chat and social where possible.

Office on weekdays 8-5.

Reason for looking is to be close to my work area which is around Hillsdale.
