How's it going? I'm Thomas, I'm a full-time retail worker here in the Gold Coast, the lease on my current flat is coming to an end so it's time for me to find a new one!

I am originally from Brazil, and I speak Portuguese and Spanish, but English is my first language since I grew up in NZ. I love to socialise and get out and do things, go to the beach, gym, and play some video games now and then. I work Sunday-Thursday during the day, but I'm always keen for a hangout if you're social! Also wouldn't mind a surf if you can put up with my beginner-ness.

I keep things tidy and quiet, and though I like to have fun I will always be respectful of my flatmates and any house rules. I've never had any trouble tidying up after myself and pulling my weight. I'm used to having separate cooking/food but I'm open to other arrangements.
My budget is around 250 per week, not including bills, and my ideal spot would be somewhere in central GC - Broadbeach or inland from there.
