Jessica and Sandy

Hi everyone. I’m Jessica and I’m traveling with my partner Sandy. We are a couple from Indonesia, aged 30 and 31, currently seeking a place to rent that nearby to public transport if possible. Preferably Studio or Granny Flat. I am a student Master of Business Administration at Kaplan Business School in Perth and Sandy currently work as a casual employee at a mine site. He has uncertain schedule such as 4/4/4, 5/2 or 7/7. We have been living in Australia for the past three years — two and a half years in Mackay, Queensland, and several recent months in Rainbow, Victoria.

We are clean, quiet, and respectful tenants who take good care of our living space. We have no pets, and are looking for a stable and comfortable home environment while we continue our work and studies. We have rental references available from our previous landlords, and we’re happy to provide them upon request.
