Hello future housemates!:)
I'm Korean, 31 year old, working at hotel front desk and studying masters at bond university.

I am pretty easy-going, friendly, clean and responsible. I have been living with other people for the past 3 years, so I am used to sharing responsibilities and keeping the house a nice place! Cleanliness (especially kitchen) is important for me because I try my best to avoid roaches!

I am not a party person and I respect others space but enjoy meeting new people and occasional chat or a meal. In my free time I love going to beaches, hiking, swimming, movies, so bit of everything!

I am non-smoker, have no pets. But I do have a car, so I would like a parking space, or easy street parking access would be appreciated :)

My move in date is preferably around May 20th, but can be flexible.
