Hi! everyone I’m a 22 year old female, currently in uni and I work at Estia Health. I’m quiet, respectful, and mostly keep to myself, but I’m always friendly and easy to communicate with.

I’m clean, responsible, and mindful of shared spaces. I like having a calm home environment and I’m not a party person. In my downtime I enjoy going on hikes and cooking, and I appreciate a peaceful place to unwind.

I’m looking for a furnished room close to public transport, as I don’t drive at the moment. I’m flexible with living arrangements, but prefer a household that values privacy and a relaxed, respectful vibe.

My preferred move-in date is early January, though I’m happy to discuss timing.
