Hi, I'm Luke, a 28 y/o Singaporean non-binary (masc) person, coming to Melbourne in July to study for a good two years!

I'll be studying in a university in Caulfield for two years, yes THAT one, but I don't mind staying anywhere that is a bit of travel away (like St. Kilda/Soutbank/Prahran). I also may work part-time, but that's TBD. I'm mainly looking for a private single room, am okay with shared bathrooms/common spaces as long as it's kept decent (and trust me I'm a psycho who legitimately LIKES vacuuming). Mainly looking for rent $350/week or under, but if you have some truly special things in your place (and I mean SPECIAL), I may fork out a lil more.

I'm generally quiet and chill most of the time, so I hope to find a place that does the same, though if you need your fill of trivia, a pal for a concert, or an evening to unwind I'm down for that too. I also don't mind whatever you wish to do in a space (trust me, you could do ANYTHING and I won't mind), my only thing is that leave common spaces are generally neat and WE'RE GOLDEN.
