Heya! my name is Brock.
Looking to team up or to move in to a place with one other ideally south of the Melbourne CBD -- until I buy my own pad.
I like to keep active, am clean/tidy, respectful and am very organised. I think I'd make a good flat mate/friend as I am a considerate guy and am good at communicating.
My Hobbies include drinking coffee, reading, roadies, exercise and doing anything ocean related - spearfishing, fishing, beach, boating etc.
Socially I love spending time with friends and enjoy the odd evening or lunch out. Equally I like being at home and doing simple things -- watching a good doco, cooking, or reading.
If I were to move into an already established flat I'd prefer to live with one person only as this makes for easy flat dynamics.
I am flexible with my stay length and move in dates.
