Hey I’m James im 28 and a carpenter looking to move from Sydney to Melbourne. I am clean and tidy I train a fair bit and lead a fairly social life love the odd family dinner or bbq but also keep in mind to respect people’s privacy and quiet time I get along with everyone am a really easy going guy as for my schedules due to moving to a new state I think it’s a good idea to start off working in a bar to make friends about town then eventually move back into my trade my budgeting game is good tho so I will not have any trouble paying the rent
