master room/room with ensuite
big-ish room or extra room (will obviously pay more)
Southern Brisbane—from Eight Mile Plains to Park Ridge, around that area. within 20-30 minutes drive to Eight Mile Plains.
car park/garage space or readily available street parking, gotta drive to work y’know.
can split on appliances (fridge, washing machine etc)
budget ~300 max, preferably under this
flexible on lease length, as long as not super short term, probably above 6 months.

- MY INTRO -
I am a lowkey person who likes my own space but will also enjoy a chat/existing in other people’s presence. I'm pretty easy to get along with and I mind my own business, if you're social I will have a good chat with you but if you're not I'll leave you alone. I like to cook sometimes so you’re welcome to have some/cook with me (we can organise a household fund for food if you like). I'm very clean and like to have things clean and organised, so i do like to do a big clean every week so don’t mind if i’m frantically running around on sundays haha.
