I’m a pretty clean, respectful and social person looking to meet and make new friends, I’m all for a beer, sports, live music and I’m just about always down for a chat.

I am currently working part time at bunnings and a casual teacher while I finish my teaching degree, next year.

I’m happy to stay for as long as 6-12 months or whenever the lease is up.

My only real need would be some form of shed/garage to store a bunch of my tools tidily.
