Hey I’m Charlie, a 24-year-old finance professional relocating from Auckland to Sydney in late June to start a Senior Investment role.

I’m looking for a social but relaxed household in the Surry Hills, Redfern, or Eastern Suburbs area.

I am big on fitness. Im usually at the gym 5–6 mornings a week in between other things like social touch and soccer.

I am minimalist and organised. I’m a "clean as you go" person and appreciate a tidy common area. I’m always down for a weekend beer or a shared meal, but I also respect personal space.
