I'm a 23F grad student at Macquarie University and I'm looking for a place starting from Feb 12th 2024. The most I can afford is $300/week, bills included. I'm looking for a place near Macquarie Center, preferably in walking distance. I'd mostly be at school/work during the day so security is a must. I need basic furniture like bed and a study desk and that's about it. I'll bring other stuff like cooking utensils, iron, hairdryer, etc later.

I'm Vietnamese and while yeah, I might be playing into stereotypes but I'm clean and organized, and I tend to mind my own business haha. I don't mind sharing a bathroom and kitchen as long as everyone keep things clean. I'm a very open person and I'm not allergic to any animals so as long as you don't partake in any illegal activities, we're roomies lmao. I love anime and sewing, and I'm really good at cooking Vietnamese food. So if you have a spare room, hmu!
