Hi there! I'm a 19-year-old college student looking for a cozy place to stay located near CBD or around Doncaster, Boxhill, Templestowe, Southbank, Docklands, Fitzroy, and Carlton.

I have a part-time and casual jobs, and my estimated budget is around $230-$300 pw INCLUDING BILLS. I also want to avoid trains as my main form of transportation. However, I am okay with bus or tram. I prefer places where government and medical institutions are close-by incase of emergency. :)

I'm not meticulous in regards to the design of houses/apartments as I am an artistic person and I love to modernize rooms. While I don't own any pets or have kids, I appreciate the tranquility that comes with it. However, I don't mind socializing and bonding with pets, families, or visitors as I enjoy meeting diverse communities and I am bilingual.

In my free time, you'll often find me engrossed in books, arts, music, exercising or collectibles. I enjoy immersing myself in different subjects and expanding my knowledge. Being a student allows me to constantly learn and grow intellectually. I prioritize maintaining a healthy, studious, and organized lifestyle.
