Hi, I’m Ben, a 26-year-old carpenter looking for a new place to call home.
I work full-time (around 40 hours a week or more) and keep a pretty busy schedule with a few hobbies on the side, so I’m often out and about.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, tidy, and very respectful of shared spaces. I clean up after myself, keep things organised, and I’m easy to communicate with. I’m simply looking for a comfortable, calm place to settle into while I focus on work and my routines.
