Hi there, my name is Nick and I'm 36.
I'm currently renting in Indooroopilly and am actively looking for a rental to move into come, February, 2027. Presently, I work as a warehouse team member but plan to change career path in the near-future.

My availability for in-person inspections on weekdays, is after 1PM. Should this change, I'll update this.
Suburbs of preference are: Taringa, Toowong, Jindalee, Kenmore, Paddington, West End and Highgate Hill.
My budget limit is $300 per/w.

A very creative individual, I read, write, play drums (electric kit) and guitar. I am very reserved and respect open communication.
I love film and music. With a Bachelor's in Film Production, I won't shut up once I start talking 😂

Ideally after for a single room or studio apartment. I have my own bed, bedsides and shelving
Don't require own bathroom and am very clean. I appreciate the same in return. I like cooking too.

Lastly, I enjoy going for walks to discover new local cafes and bars.
