Joanna and Joellen

Hey, we are two females from NZ in our mid twenties looking for 2 bedrooms in an existing flat. We are also open to finding a 3 or 4 bedroom place with others. We both work full-time locally on the Gold Coast. One of us is often away for a few weeks at a time, working overseas. We are both tidy, respectful, and easygoing housemates.

We both lead a pretty active lifestyle and love spending our free time at the beach, going for walks, pilates, reading or enjoying a new cafe. We enjoy a good balance between going out for some drinks and having quiet nights in.

We’re ideally looking for a clean, comfortable space in a friendly neighbourhood that’s close to the beach, shops, and public transport. We have excellent rental history and take great care of where we live.
