I'm Julye from France, 31 yo. Been in Australia for 7 years and GC for 3 years, I am staying long term here.

I work full time, I'm a non smoker and non drinker person. Usually in bed by 9pm and up early to do my gym and watch the sunrise before going to work. I'm pretty quiet, clean and love spending time outdoor or with my pets. I have 2 tiny pocket pet in a cage, they will be staying in the room with me. I'm looking to rent for minimum 6 months/12 months.
Looking to move around october/november roughly (my current flatmate is bringing his girlfriend on his lease so as soon as she is accepted and will be moving in she doesn't want any flatmate, I don't have any date 100% sure but I'm flexible)
