Hi! I’m a 31-year-old gay man looking for a private room to rent. I work away during the week, so I’m only home on weekends — usually arriving Saturday night and staying through to Monday, occasionally Tuesday at the latest, and even then not every week! I’m flexible with move-in dates and the length of stay.

I’m quiet, clean, and tend to keep to myself, but I also enjoy adding to a friendly, relaxed home atmosphere when I’m around. I’m respectful of shared spaces, easy to live with, and generally a low-impact housemate since I’m away most of the time.
