Hi! I’m in my 40s but look like I’m in my 20s (thanks, Asian genes!) and am a kid at heart. I’m looking for the most affordable furnished private room possible, ideally around Lilyfield or as far as Petersham and Stanmore, provided it’s a single direct ride to Lilyfield that takes 30 minutes or less. I’m out for work all day Monday through Friday, so I’m really just looking for a private space to stay in during the workweek. I’m extremely flexible and not fussy at all, so I’m 100% fine with pets, kids, or smokers. I mind my own business and value a respectful environment, so whether the house is loud or active, it doesn't bother me. Please get in touch if you have a room available!
