Hey! My friend and I are looking to share one room from 1st December. We’re both Monash students from India, and since it’s hard to manage expenses as students, we prefer sharing one room.

We’re fun, easy-going, and respectful — mostly out for work or uni, and we only use the kitchen once in a while. We don’t cause any trouble, unless we’re treated unfairly, which we hope never happens!

We mainly just need a place to sleep and rest, nothing fancy. Our budget is up to $300 per week for both of us together, and we prefer unfurnished, as we already have our own bed and study table.

If sharing one room isn’t possible, we can go for separate rooms, but $160 each is our max — we don’t want comfort, just somewhere to sleep and then go for work.

Also, both of us are Indian, just mentioning in case you’d like to know in advance.
