Hey! We are a group of 4 Monash students from India looking for accommodation from 1st July.

We are looking for separate rooms, ideally in a 4-bedroom house/apartment, as all 4 of us are coming together. We are also open to taking the whole 4BHK property if available.

Our budget is around $200 per person per week max. For a whole 4-bedroom house, we can go up to around $1000 per week total, depending on the property and location.

We are mainly looking for something practical, clean, and affordable. Nothing fancy — just a good place to sleep, study, and manage uni/work.

Location-wise, we prefer somewhere a little close to the city, but we are flexible. Areas around Caulfield, Burwood, Clayton, Carnegie, Oakleigh, Glen Huntly, Malvern, or nearby suburbs are good. We are also open to the west side or other areas if the house is suitable.

Public transport is not a major requirement for us.

We are friendly, respectful, and easy-going. Most of the time we’ll be busy with university or work, and we’ll take good care of the place.
