I’m a 22-year-old student at ACU, currently looking for a studio or a self-contained granny flat close to the city - ideally around Fortitude Valley, Bowen Hills, Woolloongabba, Stones Corner, West End, or Annerley.

Having my own private bathroom is essential for me, and I’d also love to have a small fridge and air conditioning for extra comfort.

I’m very clean, organised, and respectful, I always tidy up after myself and take great care of the space I live in. I enjoy a calm, peaceful environment and tend to keep to myself; I’m quiet, discreet, and don’t smoke.
