33 year old professional seeking granny flat, 1 bedroom unit/apartment or big house with one other person only.

I'm keen to stay near varsity lakes, robina and surrounding suburbs if possible.

I am open to living with one other person, I would just need one very large bedroom or a bedroom and an office space somewhere in the house.

About me:
- I generally go out to socialise and don't drink alcohol
- I work in IT Project Management full time (working from home 3 days per week)
- I'm an early riser and go to bed around 9.30pm usually, I am very respectful of other peoples schedules and need to live somewhere reasonably quiet where I can get to sleep early.
- My main hobbies are: saunas, eating out with friends, hanging at the beach, swimming in the ocean, crafts, hikes and boardgames.

Room/house requirements:
- If sharing a house i need to have aircon in the bedroom, if its a granny flat/one bedroom place then aircon in the living room is fine as long as it can reach the bedroom.
-Room size: Must fit a double bed and office furniture.
- House is in a quiet residential area, not on a main road with constant traffic
- One flatmate is preferable if sharing accommodation
- Can't have any mould or dampness issues, needs to be a healthy home.

Please get in touch if I sound like the right fit for your home, I am really keen to stay long term somewhere. My last house in NZ I was in for 4 years and I put a lot of effort into doing up the gardens and making the house feel like a home. I would love to find this in Gold Coast.
