Hello! My name is Serafina, and I am looking for a place to call home :-) I moved over from NZ earlier this year for work, which I do full time as a software engineer. I’m looking for a flat which is social, while also being a space I can come to recharge during the week.

- I am a clean and organised person, and can be trusted to respect communal spaces
- I have lived in share houses for many years, and know how to keep the vibes high (open communication, respect, ect ect)
- Positive, easy-going and will occasionally break out into interpretive dance in the kitchen
- I have a car (we can do the grocery run!)

- Somewhere northside which has easy PT access to the CBD (Brunswick East, Fitzroy North, Carlton North, Princess Hill, Brunswick, ect)
- Up to 450/wk rent
- Has AC (this one is a stretch I know but hey dreams are free)
- Available from around the end of October
