I am 20 years old and I study full time while also working part-time. I'm looking for a place to stay from end of June to October (around 4 months). I am looking for a place that with either all or mostly girls, preferably around the same age range.
I'm pretty easy going and friendly but can respect people's quiet time as well. I value living in a clean and tidy environment and would like to live with other people who are the same.
My budget is 300pw for a private room in the CBD or 250pw for a room in the inner suburbs close to a train station.
