Hey future flattie!

My name is Kevin (30) and I'm looking for a room ideally on the southern side of the GC (Burleigh to Cooly).

About me:
- I'm currently studying a Masters in Enviro Engineering.
- When I'm not nerding out I love to be outdoors. I'll often be away on snowboarding trips, overnight hikes, I'm learning to mountain bike and I volunteer in local eco groups
- I'm very well travelled and get along very easily with all different types of people. I have a calm and grounding personality.
- Fun fact: I think I hold the record for the highest sausage sizzle in Australia (peak of Kozi)

Our current landlord is selling up so I'm looking for a room around the mid November mark (happy to be flexible for the right place). As a flatmate, I like when it feels like a family vibe where everyone gets along well with each other and the flavour we all bring. I'm pretty socially aware and considerate so I naturally clean up after myself and actively chip in for my fair share of work/communal goods.
