Hello! I’m Tia, a full-time high school teacher and I’m looking for a room to rent in Sydney, preferably close to the city. Budget is up to $500/week including bills, and I’m hoping to move around January 16th.

I’m very clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy a bit of socialising but also really value downtime and personal space. I’m pretty laid-back, not a party person or a smoker. In my free time I love running, walking, going to the gym, and catching up with friends over coffee or dinner.

Ideally, I’d love to live with housemates who have a similar, chill vibe.
