Hey I’m a mechanical engineer working full time. I play in a band outside of work and on weekends I’m usually out at least one day. I really value cleanliness and hygiene and a peaceful home environment.

I’m looking to share a place with 1 or 2 people. I’m commuting from the Gold Coast at the moment and want to move closer to work (Fortitude Valley). Ideally a room with an ensuite or private bathroom and a 6month lease.

I really value having time to decompress alone but at the same time I’d like to become friends with house mates and make sure we have time to socialise too if we feel like it. I have no problem sharing cleaning. I sometimes drink/don’t smoke.
