Hiya!
My name is Joris, I’m a 27 year old Dutchman coming over to Australia this January to start a PhD at the Queensland Brain Institute. I’ve lived with flatmates in various places/countries during the last 9 years and am keen to find a house near(-ish) UQ with social roommates! Though I’ll probably be somewhat busy with my PhD, I’m definitely looking for a clean and chill place where you’re housemates and not just strangers living in the same place, as I’m a relatively extraverted guy. My ideal roommate situation would be occasionally hanging out/ going out to explore in the weekends and cooking together/Netflixing during weekdays. A bit more about myself: I love road biking, neuroscience, pubquizes, camping, hiking, running, playing guitar, cooking Italian dishes, making cocktails and since recently also aerial silk (kinda like curtain acrobatics).
