Hello, my name is Cavan. I am a 26 years old man and currently employed in hospitality.
A little more about me, I’m a bit of a nerdy introvert so when I’m not working I’m probably relaxing and catching up on one of my shows. I actively go to the gym which is my main hobby right now so I do like to cook but I always clean up after myself. I also do not drink or smoke and not really a party person either.
Ideally I’m looking for a place in or close to the city so not interested in somewhere too far out. My absolute max budget is $450 per week including bills but ideally would like to get somewhere for under $400 per week. I can provide a reference from my last accommodation.
