Hi 👋 im looking for a lovely studio in Sydney North Shore, Lower North Shore, Northern beaches or areas close to.
About us : I’m 33 and looking to move with my little one who will be in school next year. We have lived in a studio before, 1 bedroom, last place was a 2 bedroom, turns out I have 0 space where ever I am lol. I’m open to a studio 1 bed or 2 bed. I’m looking for minimum 6 months if goes well 12 months +. I have great references from real estate’s, however I’m just looking for a slightly lower rent price to my old place.
!! Requirements : Own/ Private non shared bathroom. Off street parking. Somewhere to cook light meals ( oven not a must. ) !!
Preference: Furnished. Unfurnished ok.
