Hi there, I am seeking a room for at least 3 months; possibly longer.

I non-smoker, don’t do drugs and no children. I am social and friendly, while being able to respect other housemates' wish for privacy and quiet. I am clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I am of a straight orientation with normal male pronouns. I work in IT, specifically website development part-time and study part-time as well.

An ideal house for me is social yet peaceful and respectful of personal space. A private lockable room in a reasonably quiet house or townhouse with friendly people is what I'm after. I build and maintain websites so internet is preferable.

My interests include meeting up with friends, movies, beach, outdoors, personal development, writing and helping people out mostly with handyman stuff/gardening. I own tools so some storage space would be great but not necessary as I have a place to store them.

Am able to help out around the place with gardening and handyman tasks. Am good with technology so can also help out with that as well. I maintained two pools in a complex for 10 years so can also assist with pool maintenance.
