I keep my living space tidy and make sure to follow all cleaning guidelines. I also value respect and consideration, especially in a shared community. I’m mindful of noise levels and courteous to neighbours. I have excellent communication skills and am prompt in responding to landlord queries. Open communication is key to maintaining a positive relationship. I have a steady income and am able to provide proof of employment and income verification.
