Looking for a place for around 6 months preferably in the suburbs surrounding the CBD

Also potentially looking at finding someone to extend the lease where I'm currently living by 6 months (is a 2 bedroom place at the bottom of Carlton)

On a working holiday visa and working full time for a solar company in Cremorne.

Looking for something around Collingwood/Fitzroy/Carlton/Richmond/South Yarra etc the (basically anywhere with an easy commute to Richmond) but open to options.

Looking for around 6 months, but flexible on the timeframe as dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

Tidy and clean up after myself, like my own time but also both social when called for.
